Our quality practices set us apart from our competition
We perform a flying probe test on every build we do.
AOI and X-ray
We perform an AOI and X-ray test to ensure your product works.
We inspect critical material when it arrives on our dock
NPI-Plus is one of few companies that will perform an extensive test on your assemblies. Most facilities will only visually inspect your boards and hope they work. At NPI-Plus we perform a flying probe test on your units to ensure the boards work directly out of the box. The best part is that this is a differentiator for us, not a service. That means this is completely free and there are no added delays to our processes. The flying probe test is performed in parallel with other processes to ensure we meet our delivery dates.
Don’t waste valuable engineering time trying to source multiple parts. Let our software provide you with hundreds of substitute parts in a neatly organized spreadsheet. Hedging your design with substitute components ensures that your design will be able to be built quickly and cost effectively. In the prototype phase it is essential to have backup components available so that you can prove out your design. In mass production having substitute parts will allow for a less expensive product and also provide for more flexibility when material needs to be procured.
Our receiving department inspects critical parts as they come into our building to ensure what we receive is built correctly. Rather than waiting until the final product is at your facility to find out that the drill hole sizes on your PCB are incorrect, we inspect boards as they come in. In addition our normal incoming inspections process we can also perform first articles, dimensional reports, and PPAPs.
The Bill of Material software that we use contains almost all of the information you may need regarding the components on your BOM. The software can provide you with one report that contains all of the Material Declarations in one place. The software can also provide the status of Conflict minerals for every component. The software can even check with distributors and verify if there is currently stock available for all of the components listed on your Bill of Material.
